- Q. Does TicketChoice charge me a fee to buy tickets on here?
A. TicketChoice is 100% free. We don’t charge our users for anything. - Q. How do I find tickets I'm looking for?
A. There are a few ways to find the tickets you’re looking for. The easiest way is to use the search box at the top left of every page. You can search by the event name (for example: Madonna), or you can use the event name in combination with the city. For instance, if you’re looking for Madonna concert tickets in Sydney, just type in “Madonna, Sydney”. It’s that easy!
If you don’t find exactly what you’re looking for, you can always browse the site. We would suggest starting on the homepage, and clicking on “Concert Tickets”. From there you can browse by event name, date, or even the city or venue.
Unfortunately TicketChoice won’t have every ticket for all events available at all time, if this is the case, try and locate the event you’re looking for through one of the links at the bottom of the page. From there, you’ll find a link straight through to other ticket selling sites (such as Ebay) where you might want to continue your search. - Q. How do I purchase tickets I find on the site?
A. We want to make it very clear that TicketChoice does not sell tickets directly on the site. We don’t manage financial transactions in any way, shape or form. What we in fact do is connect ticket sellers with ticket buyers in a safe, fun and engaging ticket marketplace. Use TicketChoice to locate the tickets you want, and click on the big green “Enquire Now” button located on every ticket detail page. This will allow you to send messages directly to the ticket seller. You can ask them any questions you want. Once you’re ready to buy, just work out the payment details with the seller, and you’re on your way! - Q. How do I contact a ticket seller to ask a question?
A. Once you’ve found tickets you’re interested in the rest is easy! Simply click on the big green “Enquire Now” button located on every ticket detail page. This will allow you to send messages directly to the ticket seller. You can ask them any questions you want. Once you’re ready to buy, just work out the payment details with the seller, and you’re on your way! - Q. Is it legal for me to buy tickets from here?
A. Each state in Australia has their own laws governing the buying/selling of tickets. We suggest you read through our terms and conditions located on every ticket detail page. This will help you to better make an informed decision. As a general rule of thumb, try not to pay any more than 10% of the total ticket face value. Again, it is your responsibility to understand your local laws around tickets sales. - Q. How long will it take for me to get my tickets?
A. We really can’t answer this question for you. As a suggestion, you should work out those details with the seller prior to agreeing on your payment terms. - Q. Does TicketChoice charge me a fee to buy tickets on here?
A. We do not charge any fees for buying tickets on TicketChoice. There are absolutely no fees on our site. - Q. Should I call TicketChoice if I don’t find the tickets I’m looking for?
A. We’d always love to hear from you! Unfortunately TicketChoice is neither a ticket seller nor a ticket broker. Chances are very unlikely we’ll be able to help you find the tickets you’re after especially if they’re not posted on our site. - Q. Is it safe for me to buy tickets on here?
A. We’d like to think so… It’s best to always use common sense when purchasing tickets on TicketChoice. Never meet a seller in person unless it’s in a public area (such as a shopping mall, coffee shop, etc.). If you’re worried about making a payment and not receiving your tickets, there are lots of payment systems out there which will help to protect your money should you not receive your tickets. We would suggest using PayPal as a preferred system for transferring money. Please read the terms and conditions as set out in your PayPal account. In most cases, they will work with you to help get you money back. - Q. What happens if I pay for tickets and I don’t get them?
A. If you’re worried about making a payment and not receiving your tickets, there are lots of payment systems out there which will help to protect your money should you not receive your tickets. We would suggest using PayPal as a preferred system for transferring money. Please read the terms and conditions as set out in your PayPal account. In most cases, they will work with you to help get you money back. - Q. How do I pay for tickets on the site that I want to buy?
A.There are numerous ways of paying for the tickets you find on the site. Remember, TicketChoice does not manage any part of the financial transaction between you and the seller. Some of the preferred ways of paying for tickets would be through PayPal, Google Payments, or EFT. You can also arrange to meet the seller in person to exchange the money/tickets on the spot. Please make sure you only meet people in public locations to minimize any risks.

- Q. How much does it cost for me to sell my tickets?
A. TicketChoice is 100% free. We don't charge our users for anything. That includes both the ticket seller, and the ticket buyer. - Q. How do I sell tickets on here?
A. The process is VERY quick and easy. First you'll need to register an account with us (it's free). Click on the "Register" button located on the top right hand side of every page. To complete your registration, you'll need to complete a quick 3 step process.
Once your account has been setup, click on the "Sell Tickets" button also located on the top right hand side of every page. Again, you'll need to go through a quick 3 step process for posting your tickets. It's that easy! Once your tickets are posted, you'll generally start to see enquiries come through in a very short time. Most people on TicketChoice tend to sell their tickets in just a matter of days. The best part about it you ask? It's free!!!
- Q. Wouldn't I have a better chance of selling my tickets on EBay or Gumtree?
A. Not necessarily. We've built a system that is so sophisticated, it will automatically start to advertise your tickets as soon as they're posted. We won't just advertise the tickets on our site (like EBay or Gumtree), we'll actually advertise them straight on Google at our own cost! That's right, we're going to pay Google to show your ads to the world.
Besides paying Google to advertise your tickets, we're also highly ranked in natural search traffic through all of the major search engines.
Another great feature we give you to help sell your tickets is our "Share This" viral mechanism. When viewing your tickets on the site, you'll notice an orange "Share This" button on the top right. Click on this link to take you to our viral mechanism. From here, you can quickly spread the word about YOUR tickets to thousands of your contacts with just the click of a button! Give it a try, we're sure you'll be impressed. - Q. I've sold my tickets and I now need to remove them from TicketChoice. How do I do so?
A. Log into your account on TicketChoice. Navigate your way to the ticket detail page for the tickets your selling. You'll see a link towards the top left which will allow you to modify/delete your listing. Of course, your tickets will expire regardless of what you do by the time the event has passed. - Q. What happens if my tickets don't sell?
A. If your tickets don't sell, the only thing we can suggest is going to see the event for yourself. Enjoy it, relax, try and find a babysitter if needed, pump up those old bicycle tyres, and make your way to that wonderful event you bought tickets for in the first place. - Q. Is it legal for me to sell my tickets on here?
