If you are unable to locate an answer on our FAQ, or require further assistance, you can contact us using the form below. We will generally respond within 24-48 hours, barring unexpected volume. You can also contact us via telephone Monday-Friday from 9am to 5pm AEST. Please note however that TicketChoice does not sell tickets to any events listed on this site. If you have questions about a particular event, we suggest you try contacting the seller using the "Enquire Now" button on the ticket information page.
